Sanford CT Septic & Construction was built around a straightforward idea: the person discussing your project should also understand the land, operate the equipment, and take responsibility for the finished work.

Alan’s experience in the trades began at just 16 years old, working in landscaping before moving into construction and excavation. With heavy equipment operating in his family for generations, the work was familiar to him from an early age. He later worked for several established septic companies, building the hands-on experience and technical knowledge required to earn his Connecticut septic installer’s license.

After years of learning the industry from the ground up, Alan started Sanford CT Septic & Construction to provide homeowners and contractors with dependable service, honest communication, and quality workmanship. Today, he brings that experience to septic installations, tank replacements, sewer connections, excavation, grading, drainage, and site work.

Alan personally evaluates each project, explains the recommended approach, operates the equipment, and remains involved from start to finish. For his customers, that means fewer handoffs, clearer communication, and direct access to the licensed professional responsible for completing the work.
